Each session begins with a shared circle breath to bond energies and then a discussion of your intentions and any physical discomfort you'd like to address. Together, you and Liz will set an intention for your session, invoking reiki masters, spirit guides, and ancestors to bring clarity and messages to you.
Liz’s practice includes the beaming technique—an energy tornado of white light poured over your body from head to toe, helping release layers of tension and align your energy. She encourages clients to visualize a peaceful journey during the session, letting thoughts pass like clouds, while laughter and crying are both welcome.
The session closes with a shared breath to gently sever the energy bond, followed by a light tarot card drawing for more refined guidance and a final blessing card to send you on your way in peace, love, and joy.
